Strategy leader and founder-operator across AI product, GTM, and venture.

I'm Alexandra van Viegen — founder of Onboardly, building AI products that ship and stick. Before Onboardly I led data products in Data Services at Optimizely, where I built a churn model that safeguarded $9M ARR and piloted OptiAsk, an LLM product for non-technical users.

Earlier I worked across Deloitte, Rotterdam Elektrische Tram, Gamepoint, CLIQ Digital, and Booz Allen Hamilton — strategy, data, and product. I studied Information & Systems Engineering at the University of Virginia on a full scholarship (program currently on pause), after a BSc in Mathematics at Bennett College.

I co-lead the speaker team at TEDxAmsterdam, mentor with AI4ALL (Women in AI NL), and am a member of Women in Product NL. I also volunteer with Kasteel Amerongen and the Kasteelwinkel Annebetje.

I'm originally from Columbia, Maryland, and moved to the Netherlands ten years ago. I live and work in both Dutch and English.
